Buyer tips
Good to Know Before You Buy in PGA Village
Master and neighborhood HOA fees
PGA Village has a master property owners association, and many neighborhoods also have their own sub-association. Add both together and ask what they cover, such as security, lawn care or cable.
Golf is separate from your HOA
Living in PGA Village does not include golf. PGA Golf Club offers its own memberships and public tee times, so price golf separately if you plan to play.
Check roof age and insurance early
Most homes here are resales, so roof age, A/C age and wind mitigation can affect your insurance cost. Get quotes during your inspection period.
Get pre-approved early
Golf-front homes move quickly in season. A pre-approval from Jessica (NMLS #2704014) helps your offer stand out. Book a Call →
