Third-party services

Some features of this website are provided by other companies, which have their own privacy policies:
1. Property search: listings are provided through Flexmls IDX and BeachesMLS, Inc. If you register, save a search or request information inside the property search, that information is handled by the IDX provider and shared with Jessica.
2. Mortgage application: the "Get Pre-Approved" link opens a secure online application hosted by a third-party loan platform. Information you enter there is covered by that platform's privacy policy and applicable lending laws.
3. Social media and maps: links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Maps take you to those services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

Cookies and analytics
