Living in Tradition
Tradition is one of Port St. Lucie's best-known master-planned communities, covering more than 8,300 acres on the city's west side with easy access to I-95. It's designed so daily life happens close to home: shopping, dining, parks, a hospital and schools are all part of the community.
At its heart is Tradition Square, the town center on Lake Tradition with shops, restaurants, a town hall and community events. Hundreds of acres of parks and lakes are linked by the Tradition Trail, popular with walkers, runners and cyclists.
Homes range from newer single-family homes and townhomes to resort-style 55+ neighborhoods, which makes Tradition a fit for first-time buyers, growing families and retirees alike.

Buyer tips
Most of Tradition is part of a master association, and some neighborhoods add their own HOA. Fees often bundle services like lawn care, internet or security, so compare what's included.
Some newer Florida communities include a Community Development District assessment on the tax bill. Jessica will help you check the total yearly cost for any home.
Builders are still active in parts of Tradition. Having your own agent on a new build costs nothing extra and protects your interests.
Popular homes move quickly. A pre-approval from Jessica (NMLS #2704014) helps your offer stand out.
